iWriter.com Review
...a New Service By Brad Callen...
I've come across similar services like this before but never get into it because the business model doesn't look very sustainable.
But knowing the fact that the service is run by Brad Callen (the "Elite" series of softwares - Keyword Elite, SEO Elite and Affiliate
Elite), I gave it a try because Brad has been a trustworthy person as I know him.
The service was pretty new. Believe to have started in end Aug 2011 (from the email broadcast I received from
him).

Well, it's basically a marketplace for writers and content seeker. The concept is a simple one. You can register to become a
member which is free and either:
-
Become a writer to write for other members that posted their jobs request or
-
Become a content seeker by posting jobs for other writers to write for you.
Articles submitted are automatically scan through Copyscape and only those that pass Copyscape can be successfully submitted. The
price of articles are being determined by article length as follow:
-
300 words @ USD 2.00
-
500 words @ USD 3.00
-
700 words @ USD 5.00
..which is relatively cheap compared to market price. Note: Don't forget that they are Copyscape
passed
So, it's a great service if you are a content seeker looking to get articles being written for a cheap price.
On the other hand, it might not be that impressive to become a writer unless you're from a country where the exchange rate of USD
make it worthy. By the way, you're not getting 100% of the article price but 81% of the price only (previously 90% of
the price - scroll down to check my earning per article before the change).
Here's a summary of how much you can earn per article you write..
-
300 words @ USD 2.00 - writer's earn USD 1.62 = $0.0054/word
-
500 words @ USD 3.00 - writer's earn USD 2.43 = $0.00486/word
-
700 words @ USD 5.00 - writer's earn USD 4.05 = $0.00579/word
From the summary, you can see that the best job to look for is 700 words article as you can earn the highest dollar per word. But
my preference is for 300 words article as it's easier to complete (note that for each job you take, you've to complete it within 2 hours
max. I highly recommend you to get a software to get the task done easier - check out tool # 1).

You can get paid when you've reached the minimum payout of USD20 via Paypal. You can also reload your iWriter account via Paypal
if you are posting jobs to be written by other iWriter's members.
There's no link within your iWriter account to check articles that you've written but I found that it's saved at this link
http://www.iwriter.com/view_articles.php??saved (just make sure you've logged in before clicking on this link to view all articles that you've written).
Rest assured that support is great. I've reported some issue about iWriter previously and got response directly from Brad himself
the next day. I am including the email here as well as the answer might be useful if you encountered the same issue being a
writer.

Now, the most important page that you must read through if you want to be a member (whether to become a writer or a content
seeker) is the FAQ.
Just be creative to take the best out iWriter. Good luck!

Latest update from iWriter.com - A Good News to Writer and Still a Good Deal to Content Seeker
Well, Brad could be the most responsive marketer I've ever met so far. While others do reply to my email personally but Brad is
seriously considering proposal that I emailed him :)..
What happened was, I wrote to him about the proposal to increase the article price by $0.50 each since the drop in the
earning percentage for writer (drops from 90% to 81% of the article price) makes it really pity for writers.
And here is the newly adjusted amount of dollars you are going to make if you are a writer. And for content seeker, you will have
to pay more but still a great deal since all article written are Copyscape passed (unique articles) and spin ready (special tag
that spinning software or some of the article syndication networks use).
-
300 words @ USD 2.50 - writer's earn USD 2.03 = $0.00677/word
-
500 words @ USD 3.50 - writer's earn USD 2.84 = $0.00568/word
-
700 words @ USD 5.50 - writer's earn USD 4.46 = $0.00637/word
But with the new adjustment, articles are being taken up very quickly.
For those who are curious on what I wrote to Brad, here's the email snapshot for your reading. Cheers!

Note: I made a typo on the email to Brad on the 700 words article price. The correct price at the time of
writing that email is USD 5.00. So, the correct proposal should be 700 words @ USD 5.00 to USD 5.50.
