We have talked about how to make blog comments and build links at the same time for more traffic and sales in the earlier post but
I think it’s just not complete without telling you how to find the correct blogs to leave your blog comments.
Okay, give a man a fish and feed him for a day or teach a man to fish and feed him for life! Well, I’m going to do just both
for you.
Finding a blog to comment upon is a challenge and finding a blog with dofollow enabled is even more challenging. But we all know
that the benefits of the dofollow right? So, it’s time worth spends simply because comments that you left at dofollow blogs count towards
your blog PR.
But we are going beyond the backlink benefit here. We are also keen in the traffic that these comments are going to give us. So,
here are your fish / fishes:
(Note: Don’t get busy looking at them first. I know it’s tempting! But my purpose is to teach how to fish. So, don’t go anywhere
before you finish reading this complete blog post!)
And some dofollow directory to search and also to submit your blog if it was a dofollow to get more

There is a problem however with these kinds of listings. What? Well, I came across a few blogs from listing like this that was not
dofollow. Don’t be surprised. It’s just not easy to maintain a clean list. This is exactly why I wanted to teach you how to
fish.
Okay, the very first thing that you need to learn is how to spot a dofollow blog. There are 2 ways of doing it:
Looking at the source code of the blog – This is going to be tiring if you were to check on the source code of each blog that you
wanna leave a comment. Anyway, this is how you’re gonna do it. If you’re using Firefox (which you should!), click on the “View” tab and
scroll to click on the “View Source” and you’ll be presented with something like this.
See, this is a nofollow blog. And the one below is a dofollow blog (my blog  )
Clear? So, that’s how can do it to check whether the blog that you are about to comment on is dofollow enable. The second way is
what I’m actually doing because it saves me a lot of time.
You can install the SEO for Firefox add on that will hilighted all links that are
nofollow in red (you can set the colour in the preference but the default is red for
nofollow links). So, every time that you want to check on the links attribute of a blog, simply click on the add on and all no follow links
will be hilighted (in red – default setting).
There’s still one problem however with this add on. You will get block by search engines (temporarily) from collecting data if you
use it too often. So, please make sure it’s off if you’re not doing any search.
Due to this drawback, I’m using this bookmarklet found at nfollow.com/ instead and it works just fine. Look at the results of my blog:

Okay, we’re now at the most important part. I’m going to show you 2 simple ways on how you can actually find dofollow blogs with ease. So, use it with due diligence and with some effort and
persistency, getting high PR backlinks and instant traffic with blog comments is a breeze. And well yeah, it cost you nothing.
Finding Dofollow Blogs Using Comment Plugin Footprint
The first method that we are going to utilize is to search for comment plugin footprint. Many bloggers (esp. those who are using
Wordpress platform) will install plug in like CommentLuv, KeywordLuv, TopCommentators, Recent Comments etc. to encourage blog visitors to participate in commenting on their blogs. So, here’s how you can do it…
I like keywordluv plugin most because the links it creates are dofollow and that it allows visitors to put any anchor text link
they like. The only bad thing is that it will most likely invite spam to blog owners. As you can see from their site, this is what happens
when people leave their comment:
“When your readers leave a comment, they should leave their name and keywords in the Name field, using the following format:
name@keywords.
When posts are displayed, the plugin searches for the @ character, strips it out and moves the name to front (outside the
link).”
Oopps, Sorry! I’m getting too far. Here’s the method to do the search:
Simply use below search string with / without quotes on Google orYahoo and you’ll be presented with more than enough dofollow blogs to comment on. Simply replace “yourniche” with your
targeted niche.
“@YourKeywords yourniche”
“This site uses KeywordLuv yourniche”
For Commentluv search, here is the search string you can use. Don’t forget to double check if the blog is dofollow enabled, using
the method described above if you’re commenting for backlinks purpose.
“Enable CommentLuv yourniche”
For top commentators search, here are some search string you can use:
Top commenter yourniche
Top commenters yourniche
Top commentators yourniche
Top commentors yourniche
Again, unlike KeywordLuv, you’ll need to double check if the blog is dofollow enabled. However, if you’re simply commenting for
blog traffic, then this is the quick and easy way to locate blogs that are comment enabled.
Finding Dofollow Blogs Using Google Image Search
Excited? Okay, one more method to turn you into a blog comments expert for both traffic and backlinks. You’re going to do an image
search at Google for these strings:
